Iphone and Ipad with IOS 9.5 are not compatible with Ontech Control due to they are not compatible with the latest versions of Java Script.

Check your spam.
Check that the correct email address is filled in in Menu / Alarm recipient.

No email or SMS is 100 percent secure. Errors may occur in the delivery of alarm emails and SMS.

For better reliability:
1. Enter multiple alarm recipients with email addresses with different domains (the one after the @ sign).
2. Use SMS as well.

There is no documentation specifically for this product. See the respective documents for Ontech GSM 9025/9035/9040.

• External temperature sensor with 2 meter cable.
• 2.5 mm plug that fits the models Ontech GSM 9035 Ontech GSM 9040 and Ontech Relay 9015.

• When connected to Ontech GSM 9025, remove the plug and connect the cables to the screw terminal. Accuracy +/- 1 degree C.

• The cable can be extended up to 10 meters.
